• This website is operated independently by the DENTIS Medical Division. Therefore, information entered during membership registration is not linked to other DENTIS services and cannot be used for those services.
• If you wish to modify your member information or terminate your membership, changes must be made exclusively through the “Edit Profile” page on this website. These actions are not integrated with other DENTIS websites.

Security of Personal Information

• Personal information is protected by the user’s ID and password.
• Only the user who knows the ID and password can access their personal information, and users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password. Therefore, passwords should be created in a secure and confidential manner.
• When using a shared or public computer, please make sure to completely close the browser after logging in or finishing service use. If the browser is not closed, others may gain access to your information, such as ID or password.

    • Information entered for membership or other purposes is transferred to a separate database (or stored separately in the case of physical documents) once the intended purpose is achieved.

    • Personal information stored in a separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention unless required by law.
